By placing an order on linkupwear.co, you agree to these terms.
Our product
LinkUp Wear sells custom-printed t-shirts with a personalized phrase and an editable QR code. Each shirt is made to order — production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
Your content
You are responsible for the phrase and QR destination you submit. By placing an order, you confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights and does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful material. We reserve the right to cancel orders with content we deem inappropriate.
QR link system
Your QR code points to a short link managed by LinkUp Wear. Your first link change is free. Additional changes are available for a small fee, charged in your local currency. Link change credits are non-refundable.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. Prices are shown in your local currency depending on your region.
Intellectual property
All content on linkupwear.co — including logos, images, and copy — is owned by LinkUp Wear. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
LinkUp Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
