Because every LinkUp Wear shirt is custom-made to order with your unique phrase and QR code, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

When we do offer a refund or replacement

We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement if:

• Your shirt arrives damaged or with a print defect
• Your order is lost in transit
• The phrase or QR code printed does not match what you submitted at checkout

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at hola@linkupwear.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

QR link changes

Refunds are not issued for QR link change credits. All sales of link change credits are final.
